No. Clips or live observation notes both work. We prefer tools you already use.
Is this only for contact centers?
No. Tutoring, wellbeing coaching, and B2B onboarding teams have completed the lab.
What is a real limitation?
Session Signal Lab does not replace clinical supervision or regulated audit frameworks. If your scores feed legal compliance, you will still need your compliance owner in the room — we teach craft, not certification.
