Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for cohort seats when you cancel in writing before the published start date and before accessing live lab materials for that cohort.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 7 calendar days before the cohort start. Requests between 6 and 2 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of the seat fee. Requests inside 48 hours of start are generally non-refundable.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds return the seat fee paid for the upcoming cohort. Partial refunds apply when cancellation falls inside the window above or when Sourcefieldhub reschedules a cohort and you decline the new dates.

Non-refundable items

Completed diagnostic sessions (Signal Snapshot), custom facilitation already delivered under Field Command, and third-party venue costs prepaid on your behalf are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.

Refund process

Email contact@sourcefieldhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, cohort name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method unless we agree in writing to an alternate bank transfer in Thailand.

Cancellation by Sourcefieldhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may qualify for goodwill exceptions at our discretion. Self-paced toolkit downloads are non-refundable after the download link is used.
